With us you can shop for souvenirs and gifts in a simple and safe way. We comply with the Distance Trading Act and describe below the conditions that apply when you shop with us. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.

Prices and payment:
In accordance with applicable law, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Payment:
We use Klarna.

Right of withdrawal:
For private individuals, nesjesouvenirer.se applies the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This without having to state any particular reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The item due to its nature cannot be returned.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You must not use it, only carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to cancel.

Deliveries:
The delivery time normally varies between 1 - 3 days in Sweden and 3 - 10 days in the rest of the EU. The shipping cost is SEK 39 in Sweden and SEK 110 in the rest of the EU. We do not deliver outside the EU. Free shipping over SEK 500 including VAT. Packages remain at the agent/terminal for seven days from the day of arrival. For smaller consignments, the PostNord goods letter service is used.

Transport damage:
If, on receipt, you unexpectedly discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, either on the product or on the packaging, we ask that you immediately report this to the shipping company on the spot by noting the damage with the carrier before the delivery is acknowledged. This is a prerequisite for any damage to the products to be compensated.

Returns:
Returns are at the customer's own expense. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. Alternatively, the customer can return the goods themselves to our goods reception. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, if it concerns a product: send or return it to us.

Packages not collected:
For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 250 including VAT is currently charged. This corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package and receive it in return

Repayment obligation:
Refund obligation: If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

Dispute:
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and you as a consumer can also turn to the EU Commission's online platform ODR.

Force majeure:
Ola Nesje Försäljnings AB shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties that are caused by circumstances beyond Ola Nesje Försäljnings AB's control. Such circumstances include government intervention, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, pandemics, bad transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers, that we or our suppliers would be exposed to criminal activity and new or amended legislation.
