Delivery information

We at Ola Nesje AB always do our best to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.

Orders on weekdays before 12:00 are usually sent the same day.

Shipments are normally transported by PostNord to the nearest agent and are there for collection for 7 days before they are returned. If there are smaller consignments, we send them with PostNord Commodity Letter Class 1. For Commodity Letter, the following applies: If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to your door or in a bag outside your mailbox. You will be notified when delivery to the door or in a bag on the box has been made. It is not all times that we can ship according to the delivery choices you as a customer made in the checkout, it may be because the shipping conditions have been exceeded. For example, that the package is too heavy or too long for home delivery. However, we always do our best to deliver according to your wishes.

Normal delivery time in Sweden is 1 - 3 days and 3 - 10 days for the rest of the EU.

Local deviations may occur, resulting in longer delivery times. If you have any questions about your delivery or possible delivery time, please contact us.

You can also choose to pick up the goods at our warehouse in Lysekil free of charge. Opening hours for the warehouse are 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping cost SEK 39 within Sweden and SEK 110 in the rest of the EU.

Free shipping for orders over SEK 500 including VAT in Sweden and the EU.

For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 250 including VAT is currently charged. This corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package and receive it in return.

Times for receiving goods are 08:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 16:00.
