How long is your delivery time?

We at Ola Nesje AB always do our best to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.

Normal delivery time in Sweden is 1 - 3 days and 3 - 10 days for the rest of the EU.

Local deviations may occur, which means longer delivery times. If you have any questions about your delivery or possible delivery time, please contact us.

 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost SEK 39 within Sweden and SEK 110 in the rest of the EU.

Free shipping for orders over SEK 500 including VAT in Sweden and the EU.

What happens if I don´t pick up my package? 
For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 250 including VAT is currently charged. This corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package and receive it in return.

What do I do if I want to make a return?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. When returning, contact us at info@nesje.se. Enter your order number for quick and easy handling.

2. For a cost of SEK 59 including VAT, we will email you a return slip from PostNord, which you then print out yourself and hand in to the nearest agent. The cost of return shipping will then be deducted from your refund.

You can also choose to return your order with a carrier that suits you. Then you as the customer are responsible for the cost. Shipments sent with cash on delivery are not picked up.
