What terms apply?
When you shop with us as a reseller, you accept the following terms:
Delivery terms
Ordered goods are shipped with Schenker unless otherwise agreed. Prices are based on free delivery from our warehouse in Lysekil.
For orders under SEK 1,000, a handling fee of SEK 95 applies.
Important: To avoid delays, please ensure you provide the correct postal code and street address when ordering.
Payment terms
Upon approved credit assessment, we offer invoicing with 15 days net, or as otherwise agreed.
Ownership reservation applies – goods remain our property until full payment has been made. All prices are excluding VAT.
Claims
Any claims must be made within 8 days of receiving the delivery.
After this period, claims cannot be made against OLA NESJE AB.
In case of transport damage, the damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and then to us.
If the goods are insured, the recipient is responsible for filing a claim with their insurance company.
Price changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices on received orders in case of currency fluctuations or other circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimers
We reserve the right for any typographical errors and color deviations in images and products.

As a reseller, you will receive our newsletter where we regularly share information about new products, campaigns, and important updates. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter.
